Hello! I am Carol, a self-taught crafter. I started ‘My ARTpetite’ in 2014 to document my journey towards the enchanting world of art and crafts.

I have always been an avid collector of handmade goods and one day I thought to myself “hey, why not learn how to make them?”. And so, that spark of excitement, of curiosity, of creativity, of joy to create lovely things with my hands is what brings me here today.

I learned mostly by following free patterns through Pinterest, so I am happy to pay it forward by blogging about them. From time to time, I design my own patterns which will be posted here too.
