And so just like that. With excited fingers running across the keyboard, I threw in text, images, links and love. A new craft blog is born.

Yep, I have finally decided to say bye to Blogger and hi to WordPress.

I don’t know about you, but the beginning of a new year always has me in such a state. A need to try something different. Especially when it comes to my crafts and what I affectionately call “my Other World”. If this sounds familiar, you have probably read the book or caught the film ‘Coraline’. It is about this little girl who went to the Other World, an idealised parallel world, through a secret door in her home. At least this is how I see my other self, the crafty one, who is hiding behind that boring office lady front.

I have some unfinished crochet projects lying around in my studio. I am supposed to head out to re-stock my craft supplies to complete them but I shall take time today to set up this blog.

I will be porting over a few entries from my old blog; mainly those with free patterns because I know some of you have been following them. Please bear with me in the meantime as I am still sorting out the blog theme, etc. before I get to that.
